Safe camera is a winner

At a glittering awards ceremony held at the Grosvenor Marriot hotel in central London, the Pilz SafetyEYE safe camera system for three-dimensional zone monitoring was declared Automation Product of the Year.

The judges chose SafetyEYE because they appreciated its space-saving and safety credentials, and its enormous potential for a host of applications.

One of the judges commented: "It makes a redefinition of the humanmachine interaction possible." Ian Murgatroyd of Pilz comments "SafetyEYE is the world's first safe camera system for threedimensional zone monitoring, offering manufacturers the chance to transform the working environment. It can also save considerable amounts of money for system integrators and end users alike.
