is a testing service for dynamic
storage systems.
Part of a comprehensive
demonstration area featuring pallet
racking with examples of the
different shelf types, dynamic
storage and order picking systems,
the pallet test rig comprises an
adjustable roller bed pallet
conveyor. The incline (increments of
0.5%), structure support beams,
break rollers and roller pitch of the
test lane can be adjusted to ensure
it can match the conditions required
by the customer. The rig allows
BITO and the customer to examine
how the pallet behaves when it
travels on the rollers and to
determine the optimum type and
