No Smoking: range of signs
May 1st 2007

From 1st July 2007, the entire UK will be banned from smoking in enclosed public spaces. With fines of up to £2500 for those in charge of premises who fail to stop people smoking, and on-the-spot fines of £200 if they have failed to display no-smoking signs (up to £1000 if the case goes to court), the nosmoking ban needs to be taken seriously.

Screwfix has in its latest catalogue a range of 'No-Smoking' aids. Included among almost 15 000 building, refurbishment and maintenance items, available ex stock, are 'No-Smoking' signs, cigarette bins and shelters.

The 'No-Smoking' signs are shown alongside other messages, such as 'No Smoking beyond this point' and 'No Smoking in this building'. Symbols and selfadhesive vinyl labels are also available.

The catalogue details Wansbeck all-purpose shelters, for use in all weathers, and an open shelter with perch or bike rack.
