Knowledge Online has developed E-SAFE 100 Mobile Compliance Software to replace the traditional paper-based approach to health and safety monitoring.

The system uses the latest technology to ensure monitoring is conducted quickly and effectively, identifying risks before accidents take place.

E-SAFE 100 is a bespoke reporting and auditing, web-based product that can be used instead of the traditional manual recording of compliance data with mobile, handheld computers.

The device allows businesses to quickly access, manage and predict health and safety issues, including legislation changes.

A health and safety manager can take the PDA on inspections and directly enter findings on to the system. E-SAFE 100 then records the data and creates a database of reports which can be emailed to the relevant people.

The result is said to be seamless communication across departments.
