Employee advice July 1st 2007 Work Stress Management (WSM)
has launched a pay-as-you-go, low
cost Employee Assistance Service
(EAP) where employers only pay
for counselling and advice
sessions used by their employees.
Employers can choose from
three service levels: Standard EAP
- telephone counselling and advice
helpline; Legal EAP - telephone
counselling plus a legal helpline;
Premier EAP - face-to-face and
telephone counselling plus legal
helpline. All three services include:
Unlimited access to professional
telephone counselling sessions;
free-phone 24/7 help-desk;
counselling and practical advice on
all work-related issues, personal,
domestic issues, advice,
information and sign-posting to
specialist sources of assistance.
Employers pay a quarterly fee,
then prepay for blocks of
counselling sessions. |
