Boots for life
November 1st 2005 Safety footwear specialist Jallatte has developed a tough new PVC compound that gives its Auda range of white cleaning sector Wellingtons a long life. The company believes the new formula will make the range so hard wearing that the boots will "hardly ever wear out".
The formula means the molecular structure of the PVC has greatly enhanced defence against the type of attack particular to the cleaning industry. The company says the harsh chemicals and detergents that can weaken and modify PVC's molecular structure are no longer the threat they used to be to product reliability.
