Extracts dust
November 1st 2005 Auto-Trail of Hull produces some of the larger models of motor caravans. On one such model, the one-piece wheel trim moulding covers about 4m.
A total of four AirBenches from Workpoint Environments have been installed and are integrated into the workstations at the trimming position to provide effective dust extraction from the large mouldings, without having to move them around.
The downdraught operation means there are no obstructions to large work pieces and ensures high throughput , while the uniform downdraught effect is said to provide excellent capture of high velocity dust coming off the cutting wheel. More articles from WorkPoint Environments Ltd: |
