March 1st 2007 The Klime-Eze range of mobile safety steps and bespoke ladder systems, available from ladderstore.com, represents affordable and safe solutions to working at height in warehouses and storage facilities. Key to the range is the 'No Access' safety braking system, where the steps are immobilised by a central fail;-safe retractor mechanism which acts as a braking system and at the same time forms a 'No Access' barrier across the steps. Other safety features include allround pulpit rails and punched metal or anti-slip PVC treads. Models include the Industrial (500mm tread width) and Extra- Wide (700mm tread width), which are suitable for maintenance crews or large item order picking.
