January 1st 2007 An industrial cleaning specialist has won a major hospital cleaning contract as a direct result of its ability to access previously impossible to reach areas using a recently acquired Teupen Leo23GT track mounted platform. Bryan Mundy of Leven, East Yorks, said the Leo23GT's ability to negotiate narrow passages and doorways with ease, and travel over soft and delicate surfaces without causing damage made it an attractive proposition. Supplied in the UK by Ranger Equipment, all Teupen platforms feature self-centring, telescopic boom sections which eliminate side-to-side movement at cage level for smooth, comfortable operation, even when the cage is positioned at its maximum horizontal outreach of 11.20 m.
