Together HiLo-PSS Group and AGF UK have enabled TNT Fashion Group to continue operations after a fire in November 2005 destroyed its warehouse in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

Supported by Planned Storage Systems, a division of HiLo-PSS Group, AGF racked a temporary facility for TNT, then fitted out its new storage facility.

PSS worked over a weekend to equip the temporary building. To house a diverse range of products, it specified Stronglock adjustable pallet racking. PSS supplied racking and shelving for the 36 900m2 temporary building and, when the new building was ready, the racking was dismantled and reerected in the new facility.

AGF has made and fitted threetier mezzanines in the site's two new buildings, while PSS has supplied 5000 frames, 47 000 pairs of beams and 94 000 shelves.

Two installation teams started work concurrently and TNT was operational 14 weeks later.
