Film savings
January 1st 2008

M. J. Maillis UK has introduced a semi-automatic pallet wrapper that is designed to accelerate the wrapping cycle and significantly reduce film use.

The PR202 is of robust design, has user-friendly digital control and has the company's power prestretch film carriage. This feature optimises film use, assists load containment and, while factory set at 200%, can deliver film savings of up to 250%. In short, 1m of film before pre-stretch equates to 3.5m of film on the pallet.

The pallet wrapper accepts maximum pallet load dimensions of 1200mm (L) by 1000mm (W) by 2100mm (H). Maximum load on the turntable is 2000kg.

The PR202 is available with optional film cut-off and forklift base for easy manoeuvrability.
