Fastest ever tray sealer

Heat sealing specialist Proseal has launched its fastest ever tray sealer.

The new Proseal GT2 is capable of sealing up to 75 packs per minute and, like previous models in the range, remains totally portable.

The GT2 has been developed following customer feedback on the latest requirements for heat sealing equipment.

Speeds for the new tray sealer have been maximised thanks to features such as servo-controlled pack transfer which creates asmooth movement for trays throughout the sealing process to avoid spillages, and self-centring pack guides, which ensure trays are accurately positioned for sealing, a vital factor, particularly after a tool change.
