Corrugated strapping system

bundler strapper for the corrugated
industry has been enhanced with
auto-splicing and hinge-top
opening for improved performance
and user operation.
Auto-splicing is achieved using
two coils. When one coil ends, the
machine automatically switches to
the other so the operator can easily
put on a new coil without needing
to stop the line. The hinge-top
opening allows ease of access for
maintenance.
Other features include an
electro-mechanical press for
product compression. This is
integrated into the strapping unit,
and powered adjustment of the
machine centre line, useful for
bundles that are not centred or
where strapping off-centre is a
regular requirement. Squaring and
strapping units are in one common
welded steel plate machine body.
Throughput capacity is 27 inline
