Bale clamp

When Border Barrier Systems was faced with an expanding order book for its Rhino water-fill barrier system, it knew it had to find an alternative method of manhandling its product onto lorries and around the site. A specially adapted Kaup rotating bale clamp, supplied by B&B Attachments, provided a solution.

The company has saved on manual labour and speeded loading as one driver can handle 1520 units a month. It has also pre-empted potential health and safety issues.

Fitted on to a Manitou forklift, the 2T 453G clamp can lift barriers vertically or horizontally and affords good visibility for the lift truck driver.
