HYGIENIC RTP FOR RENTAL

A range of plastic storage/transit containers is available for short, medium and long term hire from Simons Reeve.

Hybox expands the company’s returnable transit packaging (RTP) range and is designed principally for the food industry and lighter industrial applications. A key benefit is that it is collapsible, saving space for the return journey.

The container has an overall size of 1200 by 1000 by 1100mm and has a 500kg capacity. Units can be stacked three high and consist of injection moulded pallet base and lid and extruded polypropylene sleeve sides that collapse for storage and return transport. A hinged flap gives access to contents.

Simon Burton, MD, comments that, for the first time, the rental side of the business is outstripping the purchase side as clients realise the flexibility and financial benefits.
