Safety boost
September 1st 2004

To meet increasing demand for its storage systems, PSS has invested in a range of automated machinery for its Swindon factory. However, the larger volume of output brought about problems in the final stages of the manufacturing process.

The solution was provided by a MasterTug (MT5 Hydraulic) from MasterMover. Featuring powerful drive, compact design and special weight transfer principle, the machine moves heavy loads from the finishing area to despatch doors, improving both safety and efficiency.
