Crawford has introduced a new range of easy-to-understand maintenance options for loading bay equipment. These are designed to reduce the risk of breakdowns, ensure the safety of equipment and maintain compliance with regulations.

Based on a colour-coded key system, the four packages are designed to suit individual door and dock loading systems.

The Green Key Service is for companies with a light flow of traffic who want regular maintenance and inspection.

For those with a steady flow of traffic through their doors and docks, the Yellow Key package offers a guaranteed reaction time to a service call and priority in the event of a breakdown.

When breakdown could cause serious disturbances in operations, the Blue Key package offers such benefits as guaranteed reaction times to call-outs, telephone support and guaranteed access to critical spare parts.

The highly individual Red Key service is for those who have demands outside the normal scope of routine maintenance or for whom total dock availability is essential.
