Quality repairs

quality, reliability and
manufacturing precision of the
pallets it supplies mean they can
be used in the most demanding
automated warehouses, and are
safe for users.
The EPAL pallet pool contains
some 350 million pallets, serviced
from over 1200 locations
worldwide. With over 60 million
new EPAL pallets added every
year, it is vital to ensure quality of
materials and performance is
maintained throughout the life of
the pallet. EPAL is changing the
way pallets are maintained for
quality assurance by setting a
demanding criteria for suppliers
wanting to undertake pallet repairs.
The criteria also applies to the high
quality materials used for repairs.
Only carefully selected and
certificated repairers are allowed to
undertake reparation work, and the
materials used must meet pre-set
