Logopak International is introducing what it believes is the first automatic print & apply labeller that can write simultaneously to an rfid transponder within the label. Traded units and pallets can be given a unique identification capable of being read by human eye, laser or via radio frequency. The 901TR gives the user the two technologies in one operation. With rfids flexibility, batch reading and re-write functionality, it is said to provide added value to users facing tough automatic id and data collection challenges.
