A new communication variant has been added by Toshiba TEC to its 4in portable direct thermal printer, the B-415 GH25. It uses Bluetooth and IrDA interfaces, making it a true wireless printer.

Portable and rugged, the unit is suitable for producing high quality barcode labels and receipts as and when they are needed.

It can communicate with a wide range of Bluetooth-enabled mobile and static devices. Labels and receipts can be issued in batch or peel-off modes, as well as printing on Linerless media. Loading is simply a matter of drop and close due to the removable peel roller.
