Premier Foods has appointed Kosme as a preferred partner for the supply of labelling machines.

Equipment supplied includes self-adhesive labellers, part of the Kosme Star Adhesive range, that are designed to ensure high quality labelling even in critical conditions. Both two position (body and back) and three positions (body, neck and back) systems have been provided.

Seven models in the Adhesive range cover throughputs from 4500 to 60 000 containers per hour.

They can be customised and accessories are available for optical or mechanical centring systems for label positioning.

Hot melt labellers for wrap-around label dress have also been supplied.

These can run at speeds to 1000cans/min. Models are offered with speeds from 10 500cph to handle containers from 55 to 110mm dia and wraparound type labels 185 to 358mm in length. These heavy duty machines can be used for cylindrical and/or shaped containers.
