High demand for R series
September 1st 2008 Samuk Lift Trucks is experiencing
demand for its high speed 'R' series.
It is designed around a common
floor pan and models feature 90%
common parts. Aimed at the volume
market, the it has capacities from
one to five tonnes. Suitable for
indoor and outdoor applications,
options include Diesel 3A and LPG
suspended power trains for low
vibration and noise. An extensive
range of load handling attachments
is also available for fitment to duplex
and triplex masts. Samuk's very
heavy duty masts feature 120mm
diameter rollers (instead of standard
100mm), eliminating sway during
precise stacking and demanding
applications involving double
handlers, rotators and long offcentre
loads.
There are three specifications
Rc, R and R+. The Rc is for
intermittent applications and part
time drivers. The R is the midrange
option designed to be driven
full time by one person. The R+ is
designed for long hard shifts,
minimising operator physical and,
