Shut that high speed door

Holiday home designer and manufacturer, Willerby Holiday Homes turned to Klimate High Speed Doors, to enhance its Humberside manufacturing facility with an investment in an Ardent high speed door. Willerby now has 15 Ardent doors integrated into various production areas throughout the site.

The latest installation is in the cabshop facility at its Marfleet Lane manufacturing plant in Hull.

"We felt that having invested in a new heating system within our cabshop production facility, we had to ensure that the type of door we install would endeavour to control our working temperature as we have staff working very close to the entrance," says Graham Kemp from Willbery Holiday Homes.

"Another benefit we have achieved from installing the door is that it has allowed traffic in and out of the area, which is busy, to flow smoothly without compromising production." With high speed adjustable opening and closing speeds of up to 2m/second, the Ardent door has enabled Willerby to generate major improvements in energy management and working temperature conditions and has maximised efficiency in production areas.
