Wire Belt will feature its new compact grid conveyor belt at this year's Total.

The grid is designed specifically to handle smaller, more delicate products, while providing a lower mass, open belt design that is suited to high speed processing operations.

The lightweight structure and open mesh framework also make the new grid energy efficient.

Engineered with a 70% open surface area, the compact grid can be used for processes in which product coating, drainage and liquid or air circulation are factors.

The stainless steel design is ideal for baked or freshly fried products in high-volume, highthroughput processes.

Offering a tighter wrap capability, the grid allows for conveyor-toconveyor transfers, reducing product yield loss in high speed processing operations.
