A Flexiwall partition from Westgate Factory Dividers is used by a manufacturer of construction machinery at its Derbyshire factory to segregate an engine production line from storage and unused areas.

Flexiwall can reduce product and energy waste in both manufacturing and warehousing environments by containing heated or conditioned air or preventing contamination of products or processes.

Systems are tailor-made and erected quickly, often with little or no disruption to production. The partition pictured is 71m long by 16m high and was installed in less than two weeks. It takes up minimum floorspace, even fitting between back-to-back racking, and often requires no support other than the building structure, making it cost effective. Knocks and bumps are readily absorbed.
