July 1st 2008 Pulse 24 is a new name in
Automated Meter Reading (AMR).
It is the brainchild of
Corona Energy. It is
being launched as a
stand-alone specialist
AMR solution provider,
offering a
comprehensive
service not only to
Corona Energy's
existing portfolio of
gas customers but
also to the wider
industrial and
commercial market.
The name – Pulse 24 – reflects
the fact that it provides round-theclock
monitoring of the user's
energy consumption by measuring
the pulses emitted by their meter(s).

invaluable when it comes
to improving energy
performance," said
Kieron Farry who is
heading up the new
Pulse 24 business unit.
"It is also very much a

AMR solution opens up a whole
range of improved billing and
energy management opportunities.
AMR enables Pulse 24 to gather
metering data and convert it into
valuable information that can help
customers monitor and manage
their energy usage more efficiently.
The information is available to the
customer online in a range of useful
management reports which bring
the meter to life for the benefit of
the customer's business.
