Helps to cut energy costs and provides comfort September 1st 2007 The latest initiative from
Biddle Air Curtains is said
to help save energy costs
and eliminate unpleasant working
conditions in manufacturing units
and warehouses.
The IndAC is designed so that
loading bay doors can be left open
without cold air entering. The
patented Double Rectifier ensures
conditioned air reaches the floor in
a straight vertical line without any
expensive energy being lost to the
outside.
This not only reduces overall on-
site energy use, but is said to
increase employee performance
due to them being in a warmer and
more comfortable working
environment. It also allows speedy
movement of vehicles.
Companies such as Sharp
Interpack, a packaging materials
manufacturer, are already
benefiting from the IndAC. The
product is available with either
LPHW or electric heating, and is
suitable for doors of up to 6m in
height or width. Control can be as
simple or sophisticated as the user
requires.
Adrian Higginson of Biddle Air
Curtains comments "The
installation at Sharp illustrates how
IndAC can benefit businesses and
employees alike, and
demonstrates how flexible the
installation position can be." |
