Maintec to evolve
August 13th 2009

Maintec show organiser, easyFairs, has announced plans to evolve the show in 2010; the focus will be on upto- the-minute innovation and more industry-insider knowledge.

Plans are well underway for next year's 35th anniversary event – 2nd to 4th March 2010 at the NEC – and include scope for an 'Innovations Pavilion' that will highlight new products and services – those launched to market after January 1st 2010 – in the field of asset management, condition monitoring and hazard detection.

There will also be an expanded version of the Summit Conference that was launched at this year's show.

This will bring together national maintenance commentators to discuss the future of maintenance within UK industry and explore topical business issues concerning plant managers and maintenance professionals in UK industry.

The scope of Maintec is being broadened to cover electrical maintenance, tooling equipment, technical training and pumps and valves suppliers, in addition to energy efficiency and building services which were added this year.
