‘No-touch’ November 1st 2004 Pittards Leather is using Kaivac’s KaiZen machines to clean areas of its Leeds based factory after cleaning contractor Swift Hygiene Services won a contract to work with them.
The no-touch system is suited to dealing with tough, ingrained dirt and grime, as it combines an indoor pressure washer, chemical injection and wet vacuum technologies in a single platform.
It can hygienically clean all surfaces through a simple process of spraying cleaning solutions onto them, blasting grime to the floor with the high-pressure jet fixture and using the vacuum device to remove all dirt and bacteria.
Employees do not have to touch contaminated surfaces. |
