Nissan Forklift will open a new business unit in the UK - Nissan Forklift GB (NFGB). The restructure follows the decision, last year, of Nissan’s previous UK distributor Impact Handling to sign an exclusive distributorship deal with Cat Lift Trucks.

Nissan acquires Atlet (26th October 2007)
Nissan Forklift cemented its relationship with Atlet by buying the Swedish warehouse truck manufacturer this month. Although subject to EU approval, the firm is confident the deal will be formalised by the year end.
